The Center of Japanese Studies - University of Indonesia (CJS-UI) was inaugurated by Prof.Dr.Ing.Wardiman Djojonegoro, the Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs, accompanied by Prof.dr.M.K.Tadjudin, Prof.Dr.H.Sujudi and the Ambassador of Japan for Indonesia H.E.Taizo Watanabe, on June 2nd, 1995. CJS-UI aims at strengthening the cooperation between Indonesia and Japan based upon mutual respect, understanding, and benefits leading to a more equal relatinship. CJS-UI also aims at increasing the interest in the study of Japan among Indonesians and mutually, in the study of Indonesia among Japanese.
To achieve these objectives, the CJS-UI focuses on two activities, research and information. It is provided with facilities for acadamic activities, such as: library, seminar rooms, auditorium with 222 seats, rooms for visiting researchers and scholars, classes for postgraduate students, exhibition hall, cafe and guest house with 24 rooms.

Forum Pelestari dan Pengembang Seni Budaya Indonesia (FPP-SENDAI) adalah wadah untuk para pelestari seni dan budaya yang berminat didalam pelestarian seni budaya Indonesia & tertarik terhadap seni budaya Jepang. Untuk anda yang ingin menjadi anggota FPP-SENDAI silahkan membaca informasi yang kami berikan melalui blogsite ini dan untuk lebih jelasnya lagi apabila berminat bergabung hubungi sekretariat FPP-SENDAI dikantor Pusat Studi Jepang - Universitas Indonesia

SYARAT - SYARAT MENJADI ANGGOTA FPP-SENDAI

• Mendaftarkan diri kesekretariat atau ke e-mail kami dengan alamat domisili yang lengkap
• Mencintai dan Melestarikan Seni Budaya Indonesia & Berminat terhadap Seni Budaya Jepang
• Pendaftaran Gratis! dan pendaftar menerima ID Card
  

KEWAJIBAN ANGGOTA FPP-SENDAI

1. Membayar iuran bulanan Rp. 5000
2. Setiap anggota turut aktif dalam kegiatan FPP-SENDAI
3. Menginformasikan / mengajukan permohonan izin untuk melakukan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan atas nama FPP-SENDAI
4. Memiliki talenta untuk menjadi anggota KFPP-SENDAI
5. Siap dikirim untuk Riset & Studi Kebudayaan Indonesia - Jepang
6. Siap ditugaskan di KFPP-SENDAI Office setiap pelaksanaan event
7. Siap melaksanakan kegiatan kegiatan FPP-SENDAI dengan sepenuh hati
8. Wajib memiki e-mail permanen untuk kelangsungan informasi & kordinasi (Komunikasi)
9. Wajib datang setiap rapat & event, waktunya ditentukan Sekretariat FPP-SENDAI.
10. Wajib mematuhi peraturan & AD/ART yang ada di FPP-SENDAI.
11. Wajib menjaga hak & kewajiban FPP-SENDAI.
    
12. Wajib memberikan ID Card Number untuk kegiatan apapun sebagai anggota FPP-SENDAI untuk kegiatan apapun yang berhubungan dengan FPP-SENDAI.
13. Menjaga & Menjunjung tinggi Etika Komunikasi antar anggota FPP-SENDAI.
    

HAK ANGGOTA KOTA SENDAI

1. Memberikan suara/usulan untuk kegiatan FPP-SENDAI.
2. Mengapload / mendownload gratis materi yang ada di FPP-SENDAI
3. Mendapatkan Buletin Triwulan FPP-SENDAI
4. Mendapatkan Voucher Diskon* untuk Fasilitas di FPP-SENDAI CENTER

AD/ART Forum Pelestari Seni Budaya Indonesia ( KOTA SENDAI )

• Pemilihan Ketua Umum FPP-SENDAI, Sekretaris Umum, Bendahara Umum, Ketua Harian, dan Sekretaris dilaksanakan oleh anggota dewan FPP-SENDAI, keputusan dewan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
• Setiap calon anggota baru harus datang pada pertemuan pertama dan merupakan kewajiban,
bila tidak dipenuhi maka kami tidak menganggapnya sebagai anggota resmi FPP-SENDAI.
• Seleksi anggota baru akan dilaksanakan pada saat rapat berlangsung.
• Apabila belum mengerti akan tugasnya, anggota wajib bertanya kepada chief masing-masing
divisi / anggota yang bersangkutan.
• Setiap anggota wajib membayar iuran kas FPP-SENDAI rutin setiap bulan sekali.
• Setiap pertemuan semua unsur utama FPP-SENDAI wajib datang dan wajib absen, kecuali yang
sudah izin untuk vakum beberapa tempo.
• Seluruh informasi FPP-SENDAI dapat di akses melalui via blogsite FPP-SENDAI.
• Seluruh anggota FPP-SENDAI harus berani mengutarakan pendapat dan memiliki
kreatifitas untuk kemajuan FPP-SENDAI.
• Jika berhalangan hadir harus melaporkan keadaannya baik melalui via SMS, E-mail, Surat,
ataupun yang lain, dan khusus surat langsung disampaikan ke pengurus harian sebelum
kegiatan belarlangsung ( 3 hari sebelumnya ).
• Para chief masing-masing divisi wajib menyerahkan jadwal kumpulnya kepada dewan
FPP-SENDAI, karena semua informasi harus masuk ke sekretariat dewan
FPP-SENDAI yang nantinya akan disampaikan ke dewan FPP-SENDAI.

PERATURAN FPP-SENDAI

• Setiap anggota baru yang baru masuk harus aktif dalam kegiatan FPP-SENDAI.
• Anggota yang ingin non-aktif / vakum (Tidak Keluar dari FPP-SENDAI tetapi izin untuk
tidakdapat melakukan hal apapun yang berkenaan dengan FPP-SENDAI untuk sementara),
meninggalkan ID card FPP-SENDAI pada sekretariat beserta surat pemberitahuan alasan
vakum.
• Anggota yang mau mengundurkan diri dari FPP-SENDAI, dipersilahkan menyampaikan
surat pemberitahuan pengunduran diri secara resmi kepada chief melalui sekretariat.
• Setiap HUT FPP-SENDAI bersamaan dengan HUT PSJ-UI, untuk agenda kegiatan
berdasarkan usulan - usulan kegiatan yang akan diagendakan dan event yang akan
dilaksanakan pada HUT tersebut disampaikan melalui rapat bulanan yang diadakan oleh
FPP-SENDAI.
• Setiap ada permasalahan yang "berkaitan dengan FPP-SENDAI" harus diutarakan secara
transparan, agar tidak terjadi salah paham dan FPP-SENDAI akan membantu
mendiskusikan dengan musyawarah bersama serta menyelesaikan masalahnya bersama.
• Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh FPP-SENDAI dilakukan setiap tahun bagi semua anggota FPP-SENDAI wajib diikuti.

- Pusat inovasi seni & kria indonesia / jepang.
- Menerima artikel e-zine di Blogspot FPP-SENDAI tentang seni budaya Indonesia /Jepang
dari anggota FPP-SENDAI melalui redaksi FPP-SENDAI.
- Mengadakan event lomba / festifal seni budaya indonesia - jepang dari usulan anggota melalui
rapat anggota FPP-SENDAI.
- Menjadi EO (Event Organiser) lomba / festifal seni budaya indonesia - jepang dari usulan
anggota FPP-SENDAI
- Mendiskusikan nilai-nilai seni & budaya Indonesia / Jepang tentang festifal/lomba tentang
tempat wisata Indonesia & Jepang yang menarik, festival yang diadakan di Indonesia & di
Jepang, serta kuliner Indonesia & Jepang.
- Menyediakan serta menginformasikan materi kebudayaan dan tradisi Jepang.
- Membahas dan mengadakan event program lifestyle yang sedang trend di jepang seperti
Harajuku, Tokusatsu, dll.

4. EDUCATION

- Mengadakan Pendidikan & Pelatihan Bahasa Jepang.
- Mengadakan Simposium Seminar tentang EKPOLTEKSOSBUD.
- Membahas dan mendiskusikan masalah seputar pendidikan di jepang serta pertukaran pelajar
di Jepang seperti EJU (Exemination for Japan University) & Korespondens Course dll.
- Pusat Informasi Lembaga Pendidikan & Beasiswa di Jepang.
- Experience Information about Living & Studies di Jepang.

UNTUK PELAKSANAAN EVENT PROGRAM / UMUM

- Membahas & mendiskusikan event program yang akan diadakan melalui rapat anggota
FPP-SENDAI.
- Para anggota FPP-SENDAI memberikan usulan berupa konsep sebuah event program yang
akan diadakan.
- Memerikan Ide untuk event program yang menarik, kreatif & inovatif.
- Tidak boleh melepaskan hubungan event program yang dilaksanakan dengan budaya
Indonesia - Jepang.
- Tidak boleh memberikan event program yang berhubungan dengan sara,pornografi &
pornoaksi.
